Powermatic 6″ Jointer 54HH with Helical Cutterhead, 1 HP, 1-Phase, 115/230V – PM9-1791317K

This 6″ Jointer features a helical cutterhead with 40 four-sided, indexable carbide inserts, delivering a superior finish and quieter operation compared to conventional cutterheads. The inserts require no adjustment once installedsimply rotate for a fresh edge if one becomes nicked.

Oversized infeed and outfeed tables are mounted on dovetailed ways, and the 38″ fence includes positive stops at 90 and 45 (both right and left). The infeed table’s fine/quick adjustment lever allows for fast, precise depth-of-cut settings. Powered by a 1 HP motor and a non-slip V-belt drive, this jointer offers maximum performance. The 4″ dust port connects easily to any dust collection system.

Note: This model is not intended for rabbeting. For that purpose, please consider the straight knife option.
