Harig EDM Magnetic Reference Chuck – 255-100

Harig’s low profile EDM Magnetic Reference Chuck System is compatible with all EDM tooling systems including: System 3R, Erowa, Hirschmann, Mecatool, etc.

This 6″ x 6″ magnetic chuck expands the capabilities of your company’s existing EDM reference system. This is accomplished by precisely locating and securing electrodes for machining, utilizing the rails of the chuck. The electrode can then be transferred directly to the ram of your conventional EDM machine while maintaining positioning accuracy.

This reference chuck also provides for oil and watertight holding of piece parts submerged in the tank, manual work holding, and automated referencing. Neodymium magnets provide ultimate holding power.
