Straight Shank:

• For drilling through embedded rebar and surrounding concrete. Use in any 1/2 capacity or larger drill motor with a three jaw chuck.
• Carbide Tipped.
• 1/2 Shank.

Application:

(1) Drill first with a hammer drill bit until reaching rebar.
(2) Replace bit with CM79 then penetrate rebar
(3) After completion of rebar drilling, complete drilling with hammer bit

SDS Plus:

• For drilling through embedded rebar and surrounding concrete. Use in any SDS Plus power tool.
• Ensure hammer action is turned off when using CM79SDS on rebar – use rotary action only.
• Carbide Tipped.
• SDS Plus Shank.
• Overall length: 12

Application:

(1) Drill first with a hammer drill bit until reaching rebar.
(2) Replace bit with CM79SDS then penetrate rebar using rotary only.
(3) After completion of rebar drilling, complete drilling with hammer bit
